The Association for promotion of intellectual, multicultural and sports values – MOTUS from Kumanovo, through its Photo Club – MOTUS, organized an art photography exhibition titled “ORTHODOXY” from June 14 to June 25, 2024, at the Art Gallery of the City of Kumanovo.

The exhibition featured 32 photographs by the prominent artist and photographer Rajko R. Karišić from Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. The photos showcased monasteries and Orthodox life across the Balkans, with a special focus on the Hilandar Monastery from Mount Athos. The exhibition was further enriched by photographs taken at monasteries in Macedonia, adding particular depth and cultural significance to the event.

The exhibition was funded by the Municipality of Kumanovo, and held under the patronage of the Photographic Association of Macedonia.

It was officially opened on June 14, 2024, at 7:30 PM, at the Art Gallery of the City of Kumanovo.
