“Dragan Boškovski – First Solo Exhibition,”

The Association for promotion of intellectual, multicultural and sports values – MOTUS from Kumanovo organized its first visual arts exhibition, titled “Dragan Boškovski – First Solo Exhibition,” from Wednesday, April 16 to May 5, 2025, at the “Trajko Prokopiev” Cultural Center in Kumanovo.

Dragan Boškovski is a fellow citizen who has been involved in visual arts continuously for nearly fifty years, starting with his first painting created at the age of 13. He works in various techniques including oil on canvas, hardboard, plywood, and wood, as well as tempera on paper, cardboard, and canvas.

Between 2001 and 2025, he regularly participated with his works in the "Self-Taught" exhibition, organized by the National Institution of Culture “Trajko Prokopiev” in Kumanovo.

His artistic opus exceeds 400 works, many of which are held in private collections across the former Yugoslavia, the Netherlands, the USA, Italy, and Bulgaria.

This exhibition marks his first solo presentation to the broader public.

A total of 22 works were displayed, created using oil on canvas and hardboard, as well as tempera on paper, cardboard, and canvas.

The exhibition was funded by the Municipality of Kumanovo through its 2025 Cultural Events Support Program.

The official opening took place on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 7:30 PM, at the “Trajko Prokopiev” Cultural Center in Kumanovo.
