The Association for promotion of intellectual, multicultural and sports values – MOTUS from Kumanovo, together with its Photo Club MOTUS, organized a solo exhibition of artistic photography by its member Gligor Maksimovski, titled “Illusion of Human Existence”, held from Tuesday, April 29 to May 9, 2025, at the “Čubrilo” Atelier and Gallery – Gardoš Tower in Zemun, Belgrade.

Gligor Maksimovski was born in 1990 in Kumanovo, Republic of North Macedonia, where he still lives and creates today. Since 1999, his primary interest and focus has been artistic photography.

To date, he has participated in over 300 group exhibitions of artistic photography in more than 30 countries, winning a total of 60 awards.

For his artistic achievements, he has earned the F1 title from the Photographic Association of Macedonia, where he has been a member since 2009, as well as the AFIAP distinction from the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP).

In 2018, he held his first solo exhibition, titled “Three Views,” at the City Library in Bor and the Radov Beg’s Residence in Zaječar, Republic of Serbia.

Gligor Maksimovski has also served as a member of international juries for several photography salons in Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia. In 2020, he was also part of the jury for the short film festival "FILMMAJ" in Kumanovo.

The exhibition featured a total of 35 black-and-white photographs on the theme of people.

It was officially opened on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at the “Čubrilo” Atelier and Gallery – Gardoš Tower in Zemun, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.
